This 7-Day Meditation Experience is designed to teach you how to meditate and make a daily practice feel easy, simple and enjoyable. And hey, maybe even a little fun!
We break down all of the moving parts of meditation into smaller bits, giving you time to focus on and practice each piece.
Because contrary to a lot of the stuff we see out there, meditation is not just *sit down and smile and breathe* (I wish.)
