May is Mental Health Awareness month and I want to invite you to spend 30 transformational days with me decluttering your mind and journeying into the deepest, most loving part of yourself.

Hi! Iβm Janelle, Consciousness Coach, Intuitive Guide, Spiritual Mentor and Certified Yoga and Meditation Teacher.
My meditation journey began in 2016 when I ran into therapy for the first time EVER, sobbing, heaving, desperate for help.
After an hour of word vomiting my issues, my very patient new therapist said, lovingly yet firmly:
βJanelle, go meditate right now.β
And I did. And it was so incredibly hard. But feeling what I was feeling at the moment was even harder. So I stuck with it.
A year later, I found myself in Incredible India, living in an ashram, meditating with monks for 2, 4, sometimes 6 hours at a time.
I studied and practiced various ancient meditation techniques, attended 10-day silent meditation retreats and became a Certified Yoga and Meditation Teacher.
Meditation changed my life, and if someone forced me to pick one tool from my healing toolbox (please donβt ever make me do that π) I would, without hesitation, pick meditation.
But my meditation practice would have never developed into a daily routine had it not been for the guidance and support at the beginning and throughout my practice.
Sometimes we just need a little guidance and support when weβre trying to develop a new habit β and a little love and laughter helps, too.

Access to WhatsApp: Our support group will be hosted on WhatsApp and links to meditation sessions will be sent to WhatsApp group every morning
Access to Zoom: All meditations will be hosted on Zoom
Access to Google Drive: All meditation recordings will be hosted on Google Drive

Questions:
What if those times donβt work for me?
All meditations will be recorded and hosted in a shared folder. You can find a time that best suits you and follow along on the recordings.
I already meditate, should I still join?
If you feel called, yes! Meditating with others and having a support group can be fun, invigorating and powerful.
I already have a mantra, do I need to use the one you assign? OR I already practice another meditation technique, can I still participate?
If you already have a mantra, please continue using the one you practice. And if you already use another technique, you can absolutely still participate. Daily meditations are mostly silent, so feel free to practice whatever mantra or technique you love. The only guided meditations are on Sundays, and those are more like visualization exercises to help you heal and let go.
